This week, we were delighted to host our partners from Brazil for an in-depth onsite visit to the Kejin Pvc Panel Factory. Our team picked them up directly from the city’s high-speed railway station and accompanied them to the facility. Upon arrival at the factory, our Chairman, Mr. Shan, personally welcomed them and remained with them throughout the visit, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Throughout their visit, we focused on providing a clear and professional experience, showcasing every step in our process of manufacturing premium PVC wall and ceiling panels.
In-Depth Production Tour
To showcase our manufacturing expertise, we guided our partners through the entire production process, enabling them to observe our technical precision and rigorous quality control at every stage:
- Raw Material Preparation & High-Speed Blending: Showcased our automated material formulation system, ensuring stable and consistent PVC resin batches.
- Extrusion Molding: Monitored the high-temperature extrusion, vacuum sizing, and traction processes, ensuring uniform and precise panel profiles.
- Precision Cutting: We showcased our high-speed automated cutting equipment, engineered to ensure precise dimensions and clean, polished edges.
- Surface Decoration & Lamination: Visited our finishing workshop, where premium decorative films are applied to create high-end textures and patterns.
- Quality Inspection: Conducted mechanical strength tests on locking systems and assessed surface durability to ensure our products meet rigorous quality standards.
Sample and Lamination Material Showcase
After the production tour, we guided our partners through the sample gallery and lamination material showcase. They were able to touch and examine the latest decorative textures and premium lamination films, gaining a firsthand understanding of how each design detail contributes to both visual appeal and long-term durability. During the visit, we introduced different panel finishes, colors, textures, and customization possibilities, helping them better understand the wide range of options available for the Brazilian market.
Conference Room Negotiations
The visit continued in our conference room, where we engaged in detailed negotiations. Discussions focused on aligning production specifications with the Brazilian market’s requirements, exploring installation methods suited to local construction conditions, evaluating potential order volumes, and confirming delivery schedules. Our partners shared their preferences for colors, lamination textures, and panel thickness, which we carefully documented to develop customized solutions. The dialogue was open, practical, and aimed at fostering long-term collaboration, giving both parties a clear and confident perspective on upcoming projects.
Professional Hospitality
At Kejin, we know that a great customer experience goes far beyond the factory floor. After the meeting, our Chairman personally accompanied our partners back to their hotel, ensuring the ride was comfortable and relaxed, and giving everyone a chance to chat and reflect on the day.
