The exhibition was lively and bustling, with Kejin’s sales team, Marry and Timmy, fully responsible for client reception and product presentations. On the first day, Marry received a large construction company client from Southeast Asia. The client expressed concerns about the moisture resistance of PVC ceilings in tropical humid environments and asked specific questions: Would the panels easily deform? Is the color durable? Marry immediately demonstrated the materials, production processes, and domestic and international project cases in detail, and conducted on-site comparisons of panels with different thicknesses. After an hour of detailed explanations and on-site testing, the client remained hesitant. On the second day, Marry arranged for the client to view a video of the Kejin factory and parts of the production process, and proposed customizable thickness and color options to meet project requirements. Ultimately, the client decided to place the first trial order on the third day.
Meanwhile, Timmy received a new client from South Africa, who was primarily focused on product supply capacity and quality consistency. At the exhibition, Timmy showcased PVC wall panels in different specifications and designs, and presented large-scale application cases of Kejin ceiling and wall panels in global projects, providing detailed information on production capacity, inventory, and bulk supply capabilities. The client repeatedly inquired about production lead times, delivery schedules, and customization options, which Timmy patiently addressed while recording their requirements. After the exhibition, the client did not immediately return home but arranged a visit to Kejin’s Fuyang factory to inspect the production lines in person. The client carefully observed the production process, quality control procedures, and packaging methods, gaining a direct understanding of Kejin’s manufacturing strength and reliable supply capability. After two days of factory inspection and in-depth discussions, the client decided to place a small trial order for sample verification, with plans for large-scale cooperation once the trial proved successful.
